Shipping policy

We ship live plants on Mondays and Wednesday to avoid the weekend cutoff. They will come bare root in a small plastic container surrounded by moist paper towels. If shipping during the colder winter months, it's strongly recommended that you add a heat pack to keep the plant warm. Heat packs are available as an add on. Please note, returns requested for plants that were shipped in the winter without a heat pack may not be accepted. 

For non live plants please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM PST will be processed on the next business day at the absolute earliest. 

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days.

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
